Power to the Ladies in White :o) These women are marching in Cuba for infomation on their loved ones who were imprisoned for being dissidents. They were attacked by Castro's State Security, injuring 16 of them. They are doing what the Madres de plaza de Mayo did in Argentina started doing in 1977 over the disappearance of their children. The government has admitted to abducting over 9,000 children, and the mothers say the number is more like 30,000. They have been marching over three decades, still hoping to find out where if possible, what happened to their children. Maybe it's time women throughout the world started marching because it's obvious that the men have done nothing but create a huge mess :o)
