Victoria was our last stop on the way home from our Panama Canal cruise. We walked from the cruise ship dock to the Empress Hotel, but because our feet were tired, we each paid $5:00 and took the water taxi back as close to the ship as we could. Victoria is such a nice place to visit, and getting nicer all the time.
